I designed TWIN with reference to one of Gerry Lopez’s designs, one of the most renowned shapers and surfers in Hawaii.
It is a very flat board, with a lot of area and with a lot of volume. It is characterized by having a wide and deep fish tail, and by being used only with two keels with a wide base and a large area.
The board has a low rocker, single concave and V concave in the tail; medium/sharp rails.
The original measurements are: 5’8 x 20.75 x 2.63 x 33.6 lt.
TWIN is the classic shortboard used in the 70s. A board for small waves with good paddling and super fun to ride with a classic style.
